Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with 2–5 years of experience or a strong field background (Foreman / Superintendent) ready to transition into project management. This role supports commercial electrical projects in the $2M–$5M range and is ideal for someone who has hands-on field experience and is ready to grow into a fully independent PM.

Our confidential client is a reputable electrical contractor with a strong presence in the San Antonio market and consistent commercial project volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support commercial electrical construction projects ranging from $2M–$5M.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, material procurement, and forecasting.
• Coordinate daily with field leaders, ensuring manpower, materials, and workflow align with project schedules.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
• Maintain communication with GCs, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support and prepare change orders, pay applications, and project cost updates.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Use Procore for project management tasks, documentation, and scheduling.
• Use Accubid for estimating, takeoffs, or pricing assistance (preferred).
• Use Bluebeam for plan reviews, markups, takeoffs, revision tracking, and drawing management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of electrical project management experience OR previous field experience as a Foreman or Superintendent with a desire to transition into a PM role.
• Experience working on commercial electrical projects—ground-up, TI, or renovations.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC requirements, and construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with construction software platforms: Procore, Accubid, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and office teams.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit local project sites.

Preferred Background

• Direct involvement in projects within the $2M–$5M electrical scope.
• Experience with basic estimating or takeoffs using Bluebeam or Accubid.
• Strong field leadership background and desire for long-term growth into senior PM roles.
