Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects across commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center sectors. Our confidential client is one of the most respected electrical contractors in Texas with a strong backlog and long-term growth trajectory.

This is a strategic leadership role ideal for a PM who is ready to take ownership of complex, high-value projects and manage multiple teams while building strong client relationships across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management for complex electrical projects ranging from $10M to $75M+ in electrical scope.
• Drive budgeting, scheduling, procurement, manpower planning, and financial forecasting at a senior leadership level.
• Provide direct oversight and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field leadership teams.
• Manage client relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, and key trade partners, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.
• Oversee creation and review of submittals, RFIs, design documents, BIM/VDC coordination, and commissioning requirements.
• Evaluate and negotiate change orders, monthly billings, and contract modifications.
• Conduct high-level site reviews, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are achieved.
• Support preconstruction efforts: estimating input, design-assist collaboration, constructability reviews, and value engineering strategies.
• Represent the company in executive-level project meetings, progress reviews, and presentations.

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of progressive electrical construction experience, including senior project management responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up commercial, hospital/healthcare, and data center projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial management background, including forecasting, cost control, margins, cash flow, and revenue tracking.
• Expert-level understanding of NEC, electrical systems, installation sequencing, and mission-critical requirements.
• Highly skilled in project collaboration platforms (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Project.
• Strong communication, leadership presence, and client-facing professionalism.

Preferred Background

• Experience with $20M–$100M+ electrical projects.
• Design-build or design-assist experience with heavy BIM/VDC coordination.
• Prior leadership of multi-project portfolios or enterprise-level clients.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with demanding scheduling and commissioning timelines.
