Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor in the Dallas market to identify a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing commercial ground-up projects, healthcare facilities, and mission-critical/data center builds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in field-to-office communication, and drives project success from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for large-scale electrical projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality standards.
• Oversee material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and manpower planning.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals; coordinate with BIM/VDC teams as needed.
• Conduct site walks, monitor field progress, and support foremen and superintendents in resolving issues quickly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, engineers, and trade partners.
• Prepare and monitor cost reports, change orders, and monthly billings.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, NEC codes, and client-specific standards for critical environments.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of electrical project management experience in the commercial contracting industry.
• Proven success delivering ground-up commercial, healthcare, and/or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and critical-environment requirements.
• Experience working with project management platforms (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Project.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively across departments, and represent the company professionally with clients.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.
• Ability to travel to job sites across the Dallas–Fort Worth area as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing projects ranging from $5M–$50M+ in electrical scope.
• Background in design-build, design-assist, or heavy coordination environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, OSHPD/JCAHO considerations (where applicable), and data center commissioning processes.
